Now Go To C:WindowsSysWOW64 If You Have …

And Delete All ( d3dx9 ) Files Same Here …

Don`t Worry All Files Will be Downloaded Freshly …

Now Download Direct X Runtime User Web Installer …

Open It … And Click On Next To Install …
( You Need Internet Connection For This Instalation )

When Installed Click On Finish …

And Then Restart Your PC …

Now Launch Your Program / Game Again …

And Error Will Not Come Now …
