0xc000007b Application Error Fix (Windows 7 64-bit)


“The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.”

This is a very common error, usually related to DirectX games and applications. There are few possible repair solutions, depending on what’s causing the error. The most common reason is the corrupted xinput1_3.dll file. Visit to download an appropriate version of xinput1_3.dll and replace it inside C:WindowsSysWOW64. If this doesn’t solve it, there are few more methods described in the link.

Hey….gys actually what the video says is true…..it worked for me….there is no download option in method 1….but there is a solution….whichever game you are having this problem….search for the directx runtime in the game folder only and install…. Don't download externally. Also install the vcredist components given in the game folder….this worked for me….also it fixes the other games too…….thanks man for your ideas….subscribed.

  2. The file cannot be replaced!!!! It says file is in use by another application. This error really pisses me off. I did clean windows install, hard disk check, directx clean install, reinstalled the application that gives this error. Without a good result, still same…
